The field guide

From a company list to a considered first message. A practical guide to what SAR can do today.

Getting started

Your first company review

Sign in with email, or use an available phone or Google sign-in option. The Opportunity Feed is your starting point.

Begin with a CSV company list or candidates from the available research markets. Review the matching reasons, open the public sources, then edit and copy the draft. No mailbox connection is needed to review or prepare a message.

New accounts have 5 library samples plus 20 imported companies. This is a one-time allowance.

Getting started

Bring companies to review

CSV imports accept a text file with an email column; company and name columns can provide context. Excel files are not accepted. Rows without usable emails are skipped.

Available research markets: Brazil, Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Australia, United Arab Emirates, Bolivia, Colombia, Malaysia, Mexico, Singapore, South Africa, Panama, Uruguay, Egypt, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Argentina. Other markets require your own list. A round can return zero suitable companies.

Getting started

Read the Opportunity Feed

Each review separates company fit, public evidence, uncertainty, contact channel and a possible opening message. Your supplier profile informs the matching reason.

An observation date is when evidence was recorded, not when a business event happened. No dated event means no verified “why now”. Public product fit does not prove current purchasing, inventory or an enquiry. Continuous event monitoring is not available in this first version.

Edit the subject and message, then copy the draft. Copying does not send it. Open each source and check facts before contacting the company.

Optional outreach

Connect your own identity

Sending is a separate, optional workflow. Use your own Gmail through the “Connect Gmail” authorization flow, or an available connector. No shared system sending account is provided.

Replies go to your sending identity. WhatsApp requires your own connector and contact-level permission; a public phone number is not permission.

Optional outreach

Preview, approve, send

Before starting a batch, review the required message samples and explicitly approve the recipients and content. The sender enforces this gate.

Templates support variables such as {{company}} and {{name}}. Pause, continue or stop a batch in the optional sender. Editing or copying an Opportunity draft does not start a batch.

Optional outreach

Understand the real status

Sending runs on the server; the browser shows progress. Refreshing or disconnecting must not resend a message already submitted.

An unknown outcome is held for reconciliation. It must not be treated as an ordinary failure and automatically retried. Provider acceptance does not prove delivery, a reply or a commercial result.

Optional outreach

Respect contact boundaries

Unsubscribed, rejected or suppressed contacts are skipped. Bounced addresses are recorded. Only your own sending identity is allowed.

The daily sending limit is 40 messages. At the limit, sending waits for the next day. Unknown outcomes remain subject to reconciliation.

Plans and payment

What counts as a company

One company counts after evidence review, message preparation and checks. Follow-ups are not counted again. Zero suitable companies means no company charge.

Current plans: Starter CNY 399 / 150 companies per month; Growth CNY 899 / 500. Company add-on CNY 199 / 50. Monthly allowance expires and does not roll over.

Plans and payment

Choose an available checkout

Sign in and open the payment page. Only configured checkout options are available. The list prices are in CNY; the selected provider determines the checkout currency.

Payment must be verified against the provider or the applicable bank transaction before entitlements are granted once. A browser return, screenshot or self-reported payment is not proof of receipt. No payment action is required to review the free allowance. For company purchasing, contact Jordan first; the bank receipt must be verified before access is granted.

Integration boundaries

Browser API

The current product uses a verified HttpOnly session cookie. A CLI, MCP or Bearer token is not a route around the sending approval gate.

GET /api/opportunities returns the signed-in account’s company reviews. GET /api lists current web capabilities. POST /api/run can prepare data or drafts but rejects a request to start sending.

POST /api/preview prepares message samples. Starting the optional sender requires its separate preview and approval steps. Account, contact and payment permissions remain enforced.

Common questions

Prepare your approach: Writing a first email

Can I work without a mailbox? Yes: review, edit and copy first. Optional sending needs your own identity.

Will SAR resend an unknown result? No. It must reconcile the existing attempt first.

Are enquiries guaranteed? No. A relevant company or a prepared message does not guarantee delivery, replies, orders or revenue.
