Who this policy covers

This policy covers the Parts Trade website-building offer on partstradeai.com and the enquiries and projects we handle as a small studio led by Jordan. For privacy questions, contact WhatsApp +86 15215790161. Separate tools linked from this site and third-party websites may have their own privacy terms.

Information you provide

We receive the messages and attachments you send on WhatsApp, which may include your name, phone number, business details, logo, photos, product lists and project feedback. We keep the payment confirmations and billing details needed for your project, not full card credentials.

The homepage’s optional fields help compose a WhatsApp enquiry. Typing there does not submit a contact form to our server; the contact button opens WhatsApp with a prepared message, which you can review before sending. Information passed to WhatsApp is handled under its own privacy terms. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Hosting, logs and measurement

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. Its infrastructure may process technical request data such as IP address, browser details, requested URL and request time for delivery, security and operational logs. We use available hosting traffic and performance information to understand and improve the site. We have not added Google Analytics or advertising pixels to the website-building pages. Cloudflare Web Analytics is active on these pages through a performance-measurement script. It measures page visits and performance without using analytics cookies or tracking individuals across sites.

Why we use information

We use information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a preview, agree and deliver your website package, handle payments and support, protect the site and improve the service. We use project information to take steps you request before purchase and to fulfil our agreement; necessary business records also support legal obligations and reasonable security and administration needs.

Who receives information

We share only what is needed with providers involved in your enquiry or project: WhatsApp for messages; Cloudflare for hosting and delivery; domain registrars for registration in your name; and the payment processor you use, such as PayPal. Paddle would receive purchase data only if enabled and used for your transaction; it is not presented here as an active payment option. Providers operate under their own privacy policies. We may disclose information when legally required. We do not sell your personal information. Content you approve for your website becomes public when published.

Retention and your choices

We retain enquiries and project records for a reasonable period needed to respond, deliver and support the work, settle disputes and meet legal or accounting duties. We periodically remove information no longer needed. You can ask us via WhatsApp to access or correct your details, delete enquiry data or explain what we hold. Where applicable, you may also request a copy, object to certain uses or complain to your local privacy authority. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal reasons; we will explain any restriction on your request.

International processing and security

We work from the People’s Republic of China. Cloudflare, WhatsApp and payment providers may process information outside your country. We limit access and use reputable providers and encrypted website connections, but no system is completely secure. Where applicable law requires protections for international transfers, those requirements continue to apply.

Children and policy changes

This business service is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate. We will update this page when our practices change and show the revised date.
