Your digital website package

Launch prices: Starter USD 99 (first purchase only; planned standard USD 199), Professional USD 299 (planned standard USD 499), Distributor Pro from USD 999 (planned standard from USD 1,499). The struck-through figures are future standard prices, not historical selling prices. The scope on the pricing page and your written project agreement govern the purchase. You purchase and own your domain. Domain fees are separate from every package. Starter and Professional include first-year basic hosting. Basic hosting renewal starts at USD 99/year from year two. Distributor Pro hosting and maintenance are quoted for the agreed data scale and management setup.

For domestic Chinese projects, the separate Chinese pricing page applies: Basic CNY 980, Complete CNY 1,980 and Wholesale Catalogue starting at CNY 7,980. It states the included scope, first-year standard overseas hosting, renewals and optional extras. Mainland China hosting is quoted separately after the owner confirms the hosting and filing requirements. Domestic delivery estimates are 3, 7 or 14 working days after the deposit and required materials are ready; any filing wait is outside those estimates. The written scope and agreed currency for your project govern your purchase.

Agreement, payment and delivery

After preview and scope approval, Starter is paid in full. Professional and Distributor Pro: 50% to start, 50% after launch and your confirmation. We agree the delivery date after reviewing materials and requirements. Existing agreed client terms are honoured.

Feedback and changes

Starter includes one round of small changes. Professional and Distributor Pro include two consolidated revision rounds. Additional scope is quoted separately.

The introductory price requires honest feedback and permission to feature the approved finished website in our portfolio. Positive reviews are not required.

Starter is USD 99 once per customer or business. A second or later website of the same scope is USD 199.

Upgrade to Professional or Distributor Pro within 30 days of your first purchase and the USD 99 you paid is credited toward the agreed upgrade price.

License and ownership

After full payment, Parts Trade grants you a non-exclusive license to use and maintain the delivered website assets for your business. You keep ownership of the logos, photos, text and other content you provide. Parts Trade may reuse its design patterns and components in other projects unless we separately agree exclusive rights in writing. Third-party fonts, libraries and other assets remain subject to their own licenses; we cannot grant rights beyond those licenses.

Your responsibilities

Please provide accurate business details, logos, photos and product lists, review the preview and delivered site, and give feedback needed to complete the work. You must own or have permission to use the materials you supply or ask us to obtain from your social profiles. Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, abusive content or infringement of others’ rights.

You supply company information, brand assets, product images and product details. Imports use only the data you provide. Incomplete data or extra preparation is assessed and quoted separately. EPC development, OE data collection, fitment verification, image scraping, ERP integration and manual data completion are not included. Extra pages, substantial content changes, additional languages and ongoing SEO are quoted separately.

Support, cancellations and suspension

Our Refund Policy explains cancellation, payments and the 14-day post-confirmation bugfix window, without reducing longer package support. We may suspend unpaid work or hosting for overdue agreed invoices, or suspend a website used for unlawful or abusive content. Where practical, we will explain the problem and allow you to resolve it. Suspension for an unpaid balance does not make that balance due before the agreed payment milestone.

Results and liability

We do not guarantee Google indexing or rankings, traffic, sales, leads or AI citations. Hosting and third-party services can have outages outside our control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect business losses or lost profits; our total liability relating to a package is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that the law does not allow us to exclude, including fraud or deliberate misconduct.

Applicable law and updates

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller’s place of business in the People’s Republic of China, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Please contact us first to try to resolve a dispute. These terms apply to new purchases agreed on or after the date above; changes do not retrospectively replace the scope or payment terms already agreed for an existing project.
