Refund Policy

The payment stages
After approving the free preview and scope, pay USD 99 in full to start Starter. Professional and Distributor Pro: 50% to start, 50% after launch and your confirmation. This is the process on our pricing page. The rules below apply to cancellation at each stage, subject to mandatory legal rights and any applicable payment-platform terms.
Free preview
There is no charge for the free preview, so there is nothing to refund. You can decline the preview without buying a package.
Paid, but work has not started
If you cancel after paying but before Parts Trade begins the agreed build, we refund the amount paid, less any actual non-refundable payment-processor fees where legally permitted. If a fee is deducted, we will identify it; we do not add a separate cancellation fee.
Build has started
Once the agreed paid build has begun, 50% of the package price is non-refundable for a client cancellation because it compensates for work started. The free preview alone does not count as the start of the paid build. If you cancel before launch and confirmation, the other 50% is not retained: for Starter, it is refunded from your upfront payment; for Professional and Distributor Pro, it is not charged.
After launch, confirmation and final payment
Once the website is live, you have confirmed it and the final payment has been made, the delivered digital package is non-refundable for a change of mind. If you report a bug in the agreed delivered functionality within 14 days after your launch confirmation, we will fix it without an extra charge. New features and scope changes are not bugs.
This bugfix window does not shorten the small-change support included in your package: any additional support expressly agreed for your project. It does not limit mandatory rights if the package is defective or not delivered as agreed.
One-off SEO or optimization work
Separately purchased optimization work follows an agreed scope and 50% upfront / 50% after the agreed implementation and delivery evidence. It does not include a free website preview. Before implementation begins, the pre-start refund rule applies. Once implementation begins, the first 50% is non-refundable for cancellation; if you cancel before completion, the remaining 50% is not charged. After the work is completed and the final payment made, it is non-refundable for a change of mind. Search rankings, traffic and AI citations are not payment milestones or guaranteed outcomes. Any different terms already agreed for your project remain in effect.
Requesting help or a refund
Contact WhatsApp +86 15215790161 with your business name, payment reference and reason. Do not send full card details. We will check the work stage, explain the outcome and, if a refund is due, arrange it through the original payment method where possible. Processor and bank processing times vary. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve an issue; this does not remove your right to raise a legitimate payment dispute.
Disputes and rights that still apply
A fraudulent or abusive chargeback that reverses an otherwise valid payment may lead to suspension of the website asset license or hosting, subject to applicable law and processor rules; a good-faith dispute alone is not treated as abuse. Nothing in this policy removes mandatory cancellation, refund or defect remedies. If we fail to deliver the agreed package, the cancellation rules do not override remedies available to you. Any mandatory terms of the payment platform used for your purchase also apply.
