An auto parts website can be a company introduction, a searchable catalogue or a store that takes payment. Those jobs need different budgets. Before comparing prices, decide what a buyer should be able to do and who will supply the product information.
At Parts Trade, our current launch offers are USD 99 for a one-page showcase, USD 299 for a small custom website and from USD 999 for a searchable B2B catalogue. These are our prices for defined scopes, not industry averages. Online checkout, stock synchronisation and an electronic parts catalogue (EPC) require separate assessment.
Which kind of website are you buying?
A company and product showcase
A showcase introduces your business, brands and selected products, then gives buyers a way to contact you. It suits a business whose sales team still handles part selection and quotations. A few product photographs on a page do not provide catalogue search or stock management.
A searchable parts catalogue
A catalogue gives each product its own page and helps buyers search a supplied SKU or OE reference, browse categories and send an enquiry with the part details attached. Its scope depends on the records, filters, languages and update process you need. Agree whether vehicle information is simply displayed or used in a search filter.
An online store or connected parts system
Taking payment adds decisions about shipping, tax, payment providers and returns. Live stock requires a reliable inventory source and a way to handle failed updates. An EPC adds its own data, licensing and technical requirements. Ask for these functions by name: a catalogue with WhatsApp enquiries does not include them automatically.
Product data can change the quote
Product count is only one part of the work. Five hundred consistent records are a different job from five hundred photographs with missing names, references and categories.
Before asking for a quote, prepare a sample spreadsheet with a stable product ID, name, category, available OE references, vehicle information and image filenames or links. Identify who owns the images and who checks the information. The catalogue preparation guide explains how to organise this material.
Keep fitment claims separate from search features. Searching an OE number supplied by your business does not verify that a part fits every vehicle shown. Missing or uncertain compatibility needs checking by someone with the appropriate product information; a website should not invent it.
You supply company information, brand assets, images and product records. Our imports use those records. EPC development, OE data collection, fitment verification, image sourcing or scraping, ERP integration and manual completion of missing data are outside the listed packages. Any additional preparation or system work needs a separate assessment and quote.
What our published prices cover
These examples help compare scope; the pricing page contains the full terms.
- Starter — USD 99 at launch: one page adapted from an established design, with your branding, product or brand showcase, contact links, phone layouts, basic SEO and one round of small changes.
- Professional — USD 299 at launch: custom brand visuals, up to six custom pages and 20 selected products, WhatsApp contact points, basic performance and SEO work, Search Console setup and two consolidated revision rounds.
- Distributor Pro — from USD 999 at launch: Professional's brand visuals and core website services, up to 500 complete supplied product records, categories, SKU/OE search, product pages, filters, multi-product enquiries and an agreed CSV/Excel update workflow. It includes two consolidated revision rounds. Data quality, filter complexity and management requirements affect the final quote.
Planned standard prices are USD 199, USD 499 and from USD 1,499 respectively; they are not previous selling prices. Standard pricing applies after the launch offer ends. Launch pricing requires honest feedback and permission to show the approved finished website in our portfolio. Positive reviews are not required. Confirm availability and scope before paying.
Starter's USD 99 offer applies once per customer or business; later sites of the same scope are USD 199 each. Upgrade to Professional or Distributor Pro within 30 days of your first purchase and the USD 99 already paid is credited toward the agreed upgrade price.
Budget beyond the build
You buy and own the domain; its fee is separate in every package. Starter and Professional include first-year basic hosting, with renewal from USD 99 per year from year two. Distributor Pro hosting and maintenance are agreed separately.
Hosting does not tell you who updates a discontinued part, replaces images or fixes a failed import. Agree the update process, responsibility and frequency. Extra pages, languages, substantial changes and ongoing SEO are quoted separately. Our maintenance cost guide and business website budget guide cover these wider costs.
Compare the work behind the quote
The Brace Auto Parts project shows a trade catalogue organised around product records, brand and model pages, language versions and WhatsApp enquiries. Use it to discuss the workflow you need; a similar project's scope and price still need individual assessment.
Before paying, confirm what is included, which data you must supply and how changes will be handled. After preview and scope approval, Starter is paid in full. Professional and Distributor Pro are 50% to start and 50% after launch and your confirmation. Delivery dates follow review of the materials and requirements; existing agreed client terms are honoured. Basic SEO supports discovery, but rankings and enquiry numbers are not promised.
